Spicy Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings: shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, avocado, lime wedges

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until opaque.
  3. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or oven.
  4. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla and topping with cabbage, tomatoes, avocado, and a squeeze of lime.

Tips:

  • Add a drizzle of sour cream or a yogurt-based sauce for extra creaminess.
  • For milder flavor, reduce chili powder or omit paprika.
