Caprese Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, diced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and toast baguette slices until lightly golden.
  2. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
  4. Top with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  5. Serve immediately as a fresh appetizer.

Tips:

  • For added flavor, rub each toast slice with a cut garlic clove before adding toppings.
  • Can be served warm or at room temperature.
