Grilled Salmon with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of lemon juice.
  3. Melt butter in a small pan and add garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Place salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side.
