Ingredients:
- 400g firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 broccoli head, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- ¼ cup teriyaki sauce or soy glaze
Method:
Toss tofu with cornstarch and soy sauce, then pan-fry in sesame oil until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, followed by vegetables. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes. Add the sauce and tofu back to the pan, tossing everything together.
Serve hot over jasmine rice or noodles.
