Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

For the dressing:
