Crispy Baked Zucchini Fries with Spicy Dip

Craving something crunchy but don’t want the guilt of deep-fried snacks? These baked zucchini fries are crispy, golden, and satisfyingly savory — all baked to perfection in the oven. Serve them with a zesty yogurt dip, and you’ve got a snack that’s as healthy as it is addictive.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

For the Dip:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C (410°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut zucchinis into fry-sized strips.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  4. Dip zucchini strips in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place on baking sheet, spray lightly with olive oil, and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Mix all dip ingredients in a bowl and chill. Serve together warm.
