Pineapple Mint Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup cold water or sparkling water
  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add pineapple, honey, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain if desired for a smoother texture.
  3. Add mint leaves and pulse lightly to release flavor.
  4. Pour into glasses filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with lime slices and extra mint.

Tips:

  • Add a pinch of ginger for a refreshing twist.
  • For a tropical mocktail, replace water with coconut water.
