Tofu Stir-Fry with Ginger Sauce

Tofu stir-fry is one of those recipes that proves plant-based food can be exciting and satisfying. With the right balance of flavor, texture, and heat, this dish will make anyone a fan of tofu.

Ingredients:

  • 400g firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 broccoli head, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce or soy glaze

Method:
Toss tofu with cornstarch and soy sauce, then pan-fry in sesame oil until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, followed by vegetables. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes. Add the sauce and tofu back to the pan, tossing everything together.

Serve hot over jasmine rice or noodles.

This meal is quick, protein-packed, and full of flavor — proof that vegan food doesn’t need to be bland. It’s spicy, gingery, and deeply satisfying.
